We are Giovanna and Carla, 2 Italian housewives who love the traditional ancient Italian cuisine learned from our ancestors.

We grew up with our culinary tradition and expressly wanted to keep them exactly like the old tradition, we cook for our families and friends who love the pure and adorable taste.


Why our recipes are so good and healthy


The combination of Mediterranean ingredients is healthy because it is able to propose a diet that is able to determine an adequate balance between the income of calories and what our body tends to spend in the form of energy

Of course, we only use basic ingredients on the consumption of those foods that are characteristic of the Mediterranean basic like, pasta, bread, fruit, vegetables, bluefish, cereals, legumes, cheeses, extra virgin olive oil. In particular, extra virgin olive oil is an ally against diabetes.

Our recipes are healthy and beneficial for… blood circulation, cholesterol, and diabetes, we do not use harmful supplements but only combinations of natural ingredients.

Explained Step by Step

All the recipes are explained step by step, with the exact measurements for each product, the preparation and cooking times so you can prepare them without making any mistakes

Spaghetti with cuttlefish ink


  • 400 grams of spaghetti
  • 300 gr of cuttlefish
  • tomato pulp
  • extra virgin olive oil
  • white wine
  • garlic
  • parsley
  • chili pepper
  • salt


Remove the blisters from the cuttlefish without breaking them.
Clean and cut the cuttlefish into strips, then dry them.
Chop together garlic and parsley, then put them to fry with the chilli.
Add the cuttlefish and some white wine.
Allow the wine to evaporate, then break the blisters inside the pan so that they release the cuttlefish kidney.
Add the tomato pulp and cook over low heat.
Cook the spaghetti al dente and then pour them into the pan to mix them with the sauce.
Garnish the dishes with chopped parsley.
